Brand identity design and digital platform development for Landhive, a Web3-based fractional real estate investment platform.

Context

Landhive is a prop-tech platform aiming to simplify real estate investment through Web3 technologies and the tokenisation of property, enabling fractional ownership and broader access to property markets. As a new digital-first brand, Landhive required a clear, credible identity and a professional visual system suitable for both investors and technology partners.

Objective

The objective was to create a strong, trustworthy brand presence that could communicate financial credibility while remaining accessible to a new generation of digital investors. The brand needed to signal innovation without alienating more traditional audiences in the real estate and investment space.

Approach

We developed a visual identity rooted in Landhive’s core proposition. The logo symbol is built around two connected honeycomb forms, referencing both decentralised systems and fractional ownership. The dual structure reflects the platform’s model of tokenised real estate investment. The colour treatment combines solid black, representing trust and corporate credibility, with gold line-work to signal value and wealth.

Execution

We designed the complete brand identity system, including the logo, colour usage and typographic direction. This was applied across stationery (business cards, letterhead and branded black book), social media assets, and digital communications.

 

We also designed and delivered Landhive’s website, ensuring the brand translated clearly into a digital product environment. In parallel, we supported the application of Landhive’s visual system within third-party platforms used as part of their investment portal, ensuring consistency across external tools and user touchpoints.

Outcome

The result is a confident, contemporary brand that balances technological innovation with financial credibility. The identity provides Landhive with a coherent and scalable visual system that supports investor trust, digital usability, and future platform growth.
