Logotype and Visual Theme
The primary visual element uses a stylised image of the brain composed entirely of DNA base sequences (A, C, G, T). This concept visually marries the neurological (the brain) and the genetic (the code), representing the association’s core focus: mapping the mind’s code to find solutions. A vibrant purple was chosen for its association with both royalty (implying importance/excellence) and awareness campaigns, ensuring maximum visibility in crowded urban environments.
Impact and Results
The new branding provided the foundation with a memorable, professional, and visually striking presence. The purple-themed street marketing elements created immediate visibility in a crowded city center (Istanbul), successfully drawing attention to their mission and priority research areas, specifically the platform for genetic treatments for Rett and Dravet Syndrome.
